Bookings

Small dog

$ 23 per day

  1. DAILY RATE -  is "per calendar day" - inclusive of both the day the dog arrives and the day they go home, regardless of the time of arrival/departure.
    Minimum boarding charge during the year is 2 days.  
  2. All INTACT MALES - 12 months of age and older are charged at the Single Dog Entire rate.  Entire makes are not allowed to share a kennel room with another dog. 
  3. Rates will be charged as current at the time of boarding not at the time of booking.
  4.  Dogs must be normally resident in the same house to share a kennel. 
  5. They must be able to be fed together (approx 3m apart) - if they have to be separated for feeding then individual kenneling rates will apply. 
  6.  Maximum number of dogs able to share each kennel (same household only) -
         -  All under 10kg - 3 dogs 
         -  One or more 10-40kg - 2 dogs
         -  Dogs over 40kg can share at Greenacre Kennels discretion only.
  7. Greenacre Kennels reserve the right to separate sharing dogs at their discretion if deemed necessary and for any reason and normal individual boarding rates will apply.

Payments

We accept payment by cash or direct debit. For stays less than 14 days payment may be made either up front or upon collection.

Long term and open ended stays are payable fortnightly in advance.

If paying by direct debit the full payment must have been deposited into Greenacre Kennels bank account prior to collecting your dog. Please contact us for our account details.

We do not have any EFTPOS or Credit Card facilities.

Long Term Discount

To qualify for the discount, 100% of boarding fees must be paid up front.

Discounts do not apply during peak holiday time. ie- all school holiday periods and on long weekends.

Less than 4 weeks (< 28 days) - No discount
More than 4 weeks (28 days+) - 10% discount to daily boarding rate
  
Please note: not all dogs are suited to long term boarding (more than 4 weeks).   We usually require that the dog is a repeat customer to qualify for a long term boarding stay, however all dogs will be assessed on an individual basis.

Minimum Bookings

We have a set minimum charge of - 
5 calendar days over Easter
7 calendar days over the Christmas/New Year period between 20th December and 2nd January

You do not need to leave your dog here for the whole time however the charges remain the same.

Inspections

As we are not taking on new clients, we are not currently offering kennel inspections

Our opening times/days for drop off and collection.  Please ensure you check your boarding dates fit within these times.

Mon, Tue, Thur, Fri - 9-10am and 4-6pm
Sat:    8-9am only
Sun & Public Holiday:   4.30-5.30pm only
Wednesday:  CLOSED

We are also closed on the following days
